Since 2016, our company has consistently adhered to the concept of green and sustainable development, actively responded to the global call for low-carbon emission reduction, continuously deepened its involvement in the field of green production, and officially joined the WWF Low Carbon Production Program (LCMP). Over the years, the company has insisted on taking practical actions to implement low-carbon transformation, continuously optimizing production models, strictly controlling production energy consumption and material losses, actively fulfilling corporate social responsibility, and steadily promoting a comprehensive upgrade of energy conservation, consumption reduction, carbon reduction, and efficiency improvement in the production process.
Based on the standardized green development system of the LCMP project, from 2024 to 2025, our company, in conjunction with actual production and operation, implemented two core low-carbon transformation projects: equipment upgrades and raw material optimization. These projects effectively addressed pain points in the production process, such as high energy consumption, large material losses, and material waste, achieving a dual improvement in low-carbon environmental protection and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. The specific implementation and results are as follows:
I. Upgrading and Retrofitting of Color TV Printhead Equipment
Renovation period : December 2024 – March 2025
Background of the renovation : The company's original spray painting equipment did not have water-cooled circulation devices for the nozzles. In order to protect the nozzle equipment and ensure normal production, the nozzle installation height needs to be raised during production, which has caused many drawbacks: First, the nozzles wear out quickly, with up to 5 nozzles worn out per month, resulting in high replacement costs for consumables; Second, raising the nozzles significantly increases the consumption of electro-hydraulic water, causing material waste and energy consumption, which does not meet the standards for low-carbon production.
Achievements and Benefits of the Upgrade : From December 2024 to March 2025, our company completed the upgrade of the inkjet printing equipment, adding a water-cooling circulation system to the equipment, thoroughly optimizing the equipment's operating conditions, and reducing consumable consumption and material usage from the source. After the upgrade, equipment performance was significantly improved, the lifespan of the printheads was significantly extended, and the wear rate was reduced to 1 printhead per 1.5 years; at the same time, material and energy consumption was significantly reduced, with water consumption for color TVs decreasing by approximately 70% and water consumption for white goods decreasing by approximately 50%. In 2025, the actual water consumption for color TVs was only 1216KG, demonstrating significant energy-saving and carbon-reduction effects.
In terms of economic benefits, the results of this renovation are remarkable: compared with the equipment and material consumption data in 2024, the annual cost of nozzle procurement was reduced by RMB 12,000, and the cost of electro-optical and water materials was reduced by RMB 18,000. In 2025, the overall energy saving and cost reduction of this project is estimated to reach RMB 30,000, truly achieving a win-win situation of green production and quality improvement and cost reduction.

II. Optimization and Upgrading of Glass Sheet Specifications
Renovation implementation date : May 2025
Background of the Transformation : Our company previously used 2440*1830MM small-size glass sheets for production. However, based on industry supply chain and production data analysis, this material specification has significant shortcomings. Currently, the supply of small-size glass sheets in the market is continuously shrinking, and the purchase price is 0.5-1 RMB /㎡ higher than that of 2440*3660MM large-size glass sheets. Furthermore, there are few high-performance, cost-effective small-size glass sheets available through agreements, resulting in higher procurement costs. In contrast, 2440*3660MM large-size glass sheets have a large market circulation, mature technology, stable quality, and abundant contracted supply, which can effectively reduce procurement costs and production defect rates, while also reducing waste from processing scraps and better meeting the needs of low-carbon production.
Achievements and Benefits of the Upgrade : In May 2025, our company completed a comprehensive upgrade of the glass sheet specifications, uniformly replacing raw materials with 2440*3660MM large-format glass. This upgrade involved a total investment of RMB 40,000, with approximately 90,000 square meters of large-format glass purchased in 2025. Optimizing raw material specifications effectively reduced waste and scrap from the glass cutting process, significantly decreasing material waste, while also streamlining transportation and reducing logistics costs. Currently, the project has achieved cost reductions of RMB 50,000, further solidifying the company's foundation for green and low-carbon production while stabilizing product quality and improving production efficiency.

In the future, our company will continue to deepen its efforts in the LCMP low-carbon emission reduction system, always adhere to the original intention of green development, and continuously promote green upgrades such as equipment iteration, process innovation, and refined material management. We will continue to explore the potential for energy conservation and emission reduction, reduce production energy consumption and carbon emissions, and fulfill our corporate responsibility through normalized and long-term low-carbon practices, so as to help the industry and the global ecosystem achieve sustainable development.
